You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
- Permitted Use and Restrictions
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Submitting information through the Platform does not constitute loan approval. All loan products are subject to credit approval, underwriting guidelines, property evaluation, and applicable regulatory requirements. Rates, terms, and availability are subject to change without notice.
- Communications and A2P Messaging Consent
By submitting your contact information through the Platform, you expressly consent to be contacted by Pioneer Mortgage Funding, Inc., its representatives, and service providers via:

Communications may relate to loan inquiries, application status, requested information, or service updates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Consent is not a condition of loan approval. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the message.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and proprietary materials, is owned by Pioneer Mortgage Funding, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

- Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
