Claudia is a Business School Graduate from Caracas, Venezuela, fluent in English and Spanish. She’s a loan processor and coordinator of borrowers’ conditional approvals. Once the loan is conditionally approved, her job is to finalize the documentation needed for the borrower to get clear to close, such as title, Insurance, and appraisal, to name a few.
The one thing she enjoys the most in this business is interacting with every client and working with them as a team to attain their dream home or goal investment property. Every loan is a different challenge that becomes a mission to succeed.
She’s also very dedicated and not afraid to ask questions when expanding her learning and knowledge.
Claudia also loves sports, the outdoors, animals, and food. When She’s not riding her bike, she likes to cook and try new recipes and restaurants. She’s a foodie! Can you relate?
