Parent / Legal Guardian Information
Required if applicant is under 18.
Please confirm you understand the practical requirements of this Program.
Read carefully. These are legally binding.
1. Agreement and Acceptance This Application, Release, and Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between the applicant ("Applicant," "Student," "you") and, where the Applicant is under eighteen (18) years of age, the Applicant's parent or legal guardian ("Parent/Guardian"), on the one hand, and Pioneer Mortgage Funding, Inc., a Florida corporation, doing business as "PMF Orlando" and "Pioneer Mortgage Funding Orlando," together with its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, instructors, guest speakers, volunteers, affiliates, and assigns (collectively, "PMF," "we," "us," or "our"), on the other hand. By submitting this application and checking the boxes below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by every provision of this Agreement.

2. The Program The PMF Future Leaders Summer Camp (the "Program") is a free, two-week educational program offered by PMF from June 1, 2026 through June 15, 2026 at the PMF Orlando office and surrounding venues. The Program includes classroom instruction, guest speakers, professional shadowing, group work, a final consulting project, and graduation activities. Participation is voluntary, and selection is competitive and at the sole discretion of PMF.

3. No Guarantee of Selection, Employment, or Outcome Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. Participation in the Program does not constitute an offer of employment, internship, paid work, scholarship, or any future relationship with PMF. PMF makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — regarding any specific academic, professional, financial, or career outcome resulting from participation. Any information provided during the Program is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, real estate, insurance, or mortgage advice.

4. Truthfulness of Application Applicant certifies that all information provided in this application — including the bilingual video submission sent to 754-236-4025 — is true, accurate, and complete. PMF may rescind any offer of admission and/or remove the Student from the Program at any time if any information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

5. Code of Conduct Student agrees to attend all ten (10) days of the Program, arrive on time, follow all instructions from PMF staff, respect fellow students and guests, refrain from any use of drugs, alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, or weapons on Program premises, and conduct themselves in a professional, respectful manner. PMF reserves the right to dismiss any Student at any time, without refund of any kind and without further obligation, for any conduct PMF deems disruptive, unsafe, dishonest, or otherwise inconsistent with the Program.

6. Transportation The Student and, where applicable, the Parent/Guardian, are solely responsible for transportation to and from the Program each day. PMF is not responsible for any incident, injury, loss, or damage occurring during transit to or from the Program.

7. Medical Authorization and Assumption of Risk The Student acknowledges that participation in the Program — including office activities, shadowing, group exercises, transitions between rooms, and any off-site visit — involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, illness, exposure to contagious disease, and other foreseeable and unforeseeable hazards. The Student, and where applicable the Parent/Guardian, voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks. In the event of a medical emergency, PMF is authorized to seek and consent to emergency medical treatment for the Student, and the Student and/or Parent/Guardian agree to be financially responsible for any resulting medical expenses.

8. Release and Waiver of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Student and, where the Student is a minor, the Parent/Guardian on behalf of themselves and the minor Student, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue PMF from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury (including death), or expense that may be sustained by the Student or by any property of the Student while participating in the Program, while on Program premises, or in transit to or from any Program activity, whether caused by the negligence of PMF or otherwise, except for conduct that constitutes gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Indemnification The Student (if 18 or older) and the Parent/Guardian (on behalf of any minor Student) agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PMF from any and all claims, losses, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) the Student's participation in the Program, (b) any breach of this Agreement by the Student or Parent/Guardian, (c) any act or omission of the Student during the Program, or (d) any third-party claim brought on behalf of or related to the Student. Where the Student is a minor, the Parent/Guardian expressly agrees that this indemnification obligation extends to and protects PMF from any claim — including any claim brought by the minor Student themselves upon reaching the age of majority — arising from the Student's participation in the Program.

10. Media Release and Use of Likeness The Student, and where applicable the Parent/Guardian on behalf of the minor Student, irrevocably grants PMF the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to photograph, film, video record, and audio record the Student during the Program and any related event, and to use, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, and exploit such photographs, videos, recordings, voice, name, biographical information, statements, work product, and likeness, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed — including but not limited to social media, websites, marketing materials, press releases, advertisements, and internal communications — without further notice, consent, compensation, approval, or credit. This release extends to any project, presentation, or written work created by the Student during the Program. The Student and Parent/Guardian waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product.

11. Bilingual Video Submission By submitting an application, the Student, and where the Student is a minor, the Parent/Guardian, expressly authorize and consent to the Student recording and transmitting a bilingual introduction video to PMF via WhatsApp at the number 754-236-4025 as part of the application process. Where the Student is a minor, the Parent/Guardian represents that they have read the video instructions provided in this application, understand that the video will be received, reviewed, and stored by PMF, and consent to the minor Student's creation and transmission of that video on the terms set forth in this Agreement, including the media release in Section 10. The Parent/Guardian acknowledges that the video will be reviewed by PMF staff and the application evaluation panel and may be retained by PMF for record-keeping purposes regardless of whether the Student is selected for the Program.

12. Intellectual Property Any work product, including the final consulting project, presentations, slides, recommendations, written materials, and ideas, created by the Student during the Program may be used, implemented, modified, or distributed by PMF for any purpose without further compensation or attribution. The Student retains the right to include the project in personal portfolios, resumes, and college applications.

13. Privacy PMF will handle personal information collected through this application in accordance with applicable law. Information may be shared with PMF staff, the evaluation panel, guest instructors as necessary for the Program, and applicable government authorities if required by law. Photos, videos, and statements released under Section 10 may be made public.

14. Personal Property The Student is responsible for their own personal property at all times. PMF is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property, including phones, laptops, wallets, or any other items brought to the Program.

15. Modification, Cancellation, and Force Majeure PMF reserves the right to modify the Program schedule, location, instructors, content, and activities at any time. PMF may cancel, postpone, or relocate the Program in whole or in part due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, hurricane, illness, public health restriction, facility issue, or other force majeure event, without liability of any kind. As the Program is offered free of charge, no monetary refund is owed in the event of cancellation, change, or dismissal.

16. Governing Law, Venue, and Severability This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Program and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings. No modification shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by PMF. Electronic signatures and checkbox acknowledgments submitted through this application have the same legal force and effect as handwritten signatures.

18. Acknowledgment By checking the boxes below and submitting this application, the Student (and, where applicable, the Parent/Guardian) confirms that they have read this Agreement in full, had the opportunity to ask questions and consult independent counsel, understand its terms — including the release of liability and the indemnification of PMF — and freely and voluntarily agree to be bound by it.
If the applicant is a minor, the Parent/Guardian must type their own full legal name here.
